Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to enhance your special event, not add to your stress level! Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed. If there is a problem with your order just let us know within 10 business days, and we will make every reasonable effort to solve the issue. If we are unable to do so, we will refund your money -- minus your shipping costs paid. Please do not return an order without contacting us first and receiving a return authorization.
DVD Corrections
Shoebox Memories makes every effort to maintain the highest levels of quality in our work. We treat every order as if it were for our closest friends and family, and we want you to be happy with our work. On the rare chance that you discover a problem with your DVD (e.g., spelling error, photo out of order, etc.) we will work with you to correct the issue. If you discover something like this, you should contact us immediately to get it resolved. We want you to be satisfied!
Note that if the error is a mistake that you made - such as misspelled name on your order form or your photos were numbered out of sequence - we will correct the problem for the cost of an additional copy of the DVD. We've found this to be an equitable balance, and hope you will too.
Damage Liability
Shoebox Memories can not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the transportation of your photos to us. For that reason, we suggest that you consider providing us with a duplicate copy of the photos rather than the original. At the very least make sure you protect your precious photos with the proper packing materials. In addition, it is recommended that you ship your package to us using a reliable and reputable shipping service. We will do the same when sending the final product back to you. With all that said, we have never had any problems with damaged original photos, videotapes or film when reasonable care is used in packaging and shipping.
While we exercise the greatest of care of your original materials, there's no way we can replace damaged materials. As a result, we can not be held liable beyond the replacement of the media for any damage to these materials. Again, we have NEVER had any problems - and don't anticipate having any in the future!
Copyright Liability
It is your responsibility as the client to ensure that you are in compliance with copyright law. The job order includes a signed confirmation that you are authorized to use all photographs and musical works to be used in the creation of your photo slide show on DVD. Shoebox Memories is not responsible for verifying this information, and will not be held accountable.
DVD Compatibility
Shoebox Memories uses the DVD-R format which is compatible with approximately 90+% of all existing home DVD players, but not all. Please be sure to check your DVD player manual/manufacturer to determine if it supports DVD-R. This website is also a good place to look: http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers. If needed, we can assist you in determining if your DVD player supports it -- just ask us. Sorry, refunds will not be issued for incompatibility reasons.

"Shoebox Memories" and our logo are legally and officially registered trademarks and considered valuable assets of our organization. You may not use them without permission. However, we generally will have no problems if you wish to link to our website from your webpage; mention our company and services in a webpage, article, review or blog; or other reasonable use of our name. In return and out of courtesy, we ask that you please simply let us know what the link is and where we can find it. Contact us here. We may even be interested in swapping links... just ask!
We are the ONLY entity with permission to offer these services under the name Shoebox Memories. Other organizations with similar business services are NOT permitted to use our name, logo, or similar names and logos.
Privacy Promise
Shoebox Memories promises that we will never sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose your contact information to any third-party organizations. Your contact information will be used exclusively by Shoebox Memories, for Shoebox Memories marketing and communications.
